Warwick Halloween party to continue, rain or shine

WARWICK — Rain or shine, the Warwick Halloween party will be held at Town Hall Thursday at 5 p.m.

Trick-or-treating stations for community members who live outside of the town center will be set up upstairs in the Town Hall rather than outside. Trick-or-treating after the party in the town center will still be held for children who are interested.

Northfield Rag Shag Parade canceled

NORTHFIELD — Due to expected rain, the Rag Shag Parade Thursday has been canceled, but members of the Veterans of Foreign Wars post will still pass out candy at the Northfield Elementary School at 6 p.m. The Northfield Police Department will also pass out flashing blue lights to children at the school.
