Raven B, McBride, 33, of Stuart, Fla. Pleaded innocent to three charges of larceny from a person 60 or older, amended from larceny under $1,200, or less, one charge of conspiracy, and one of identity fraud. Charge of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, from the state of Florida for probation violation, and according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the commonwealth is unwilling to further this count for the offense listed, as Florida won’t extradite this defendant. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 12 hours of community service, in lieu of regular 16 hours.

Christopher Biggins, 26, of Morton Meadows, Athol. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and wanton destruction of property under $1,200. Must stay away from and have no contact with a specified address at Morton Meadows in Athol.Bail set at $350, a C276, Section 56A form was filed by the commonwealth. Allegation of abuse under Chapter 276, Section 56A was found. Contined to 7/13/18 for pretrial hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Charge of child endangerment while under the influence was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant pleaded to numerous offences where he will be supervised by probation (department) with strict conditions; as a result, this is in the best interests of justice.
