Three area residents who own real estate agencies have been named by the National Association of Realtors to its various committees.
Corinne Fitzgerald of Northfield, immediate past president of the Massachusetts Association of Realtors and a past president of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley, was appointed to the national association’s Data Strategies Committee.
Fitzgerald, who is broker-owner of Fitzgerald Real Estate in Greenfield, has also been appointed by the Massachusetts Association of Realtors to its Government Affairs Committee, Milton H. Shaw Award Committee and Personnel Committee.
Susan Renfrew of Bernardston was named to the national association’s Board of Directors and to the Federal Financing and Housing Policy Committee as well as the Real Property Valuation Committee. She is a past president of the Massachusetts association and of the former Franklin-Hampshire County Association of Realtors.Renfrew, who has also been appointed by the state association as chairperson to its Audit Committee and a member of its, is broker-co-owner of Renfrew Real Estate in Greenfield.
Richard Sawicki of Erving, the 2017 president of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley, was named to the national association’s Public Policy Coordinating Committee.
Sawicki, who has also been named by the state association to its Government Affairs Committee and the Realtor Political Action Committee Board of Trustees, is owner of Sawicki Real Estate in Amherst.
