The 25th-annual David M. Petrin Memorial GHS Alumni Hockey Game will be held on Feb. 11 at 5 p.m. at Collins-Moylan Arena in Greenfield.
The game’s format has changed to an all-alumni game. A minimum of 30 skaters and two goaltenders are being sought for the event; in the event there are extra inquiries, all alums will be accommodated.
To be eligible, players must have played at least one season for and graduated from GHS.

Sawmill 10K registrations
The annual Sawmill River 10K Road Race will take place Saturday in Montague Center.
Online registration is available on www.runreg.com until noon Friday. Runners can also register beginning at 9 a.m. on race day. The race begins at 10 a.m. near the village common on Main Street and features multiple divisions. Entry fees are $25 prior to the race of $30 on the morning of the race. Hot and cold refreshments will be available.
The event benefits the Sponsor-A-Child Scholarship Program of the Montague Parks & Recreation Department. The event is a USA Track & Field sanctioned event.

Newt Guilbault elections
Elections for Newt Guilbault Community Baseball League board members and managers for the will take place Wednesday at 6 p.m. at St. Kazimierz Society in Turners Falls.

Umpire course
The Hampshire-Franklin Baseball Umpires Association will conduct an instructional course for new umpires in January, February and March.
Members umpire scholastic baseball games in Franklin and Hampshire counties during April and May, as well as many summer-league games. The course consists of eight classes, which run on Sunday evenings from 6 to 8 p.m. The first class begins on Jan. 15 and runs through March 12. There is no class on Super Bowl Sunday.
Cost of the course is $50 and umpires must be at least 18-years-old and submit to a national background check.

Worcester State clinics
Worcester State University is holding a number of upcoming baseball clinics:
• The inaugural Holiday Fun Baseball Clinic will take place Dec. 27 through 29 in the multi-purpose gymnasium at the school.
The clinic is open to players ages 8 through 18 and runs from 9 a.m. until noon each day. Players can sign up for one or all three days. Cost is $30 per day or $75 for all three.
• The 10th annual Friday Night Baseball School will run on six Friday nights beginning Jan. 27.The clinic is open to players in grades 1 through 12 and takes place in the multi-purpose gym. Hitting runs from 6 to7 p.m., and pitching runs from 7 to 8 p.m. Cost is $100 per session or $165 for both.
• The 22nd annual Hitting Clinic will run from Feb. 20 through 22 in the multi-purpose gym.
The clinic is open to players ages 8 through 18 and runs from 9 a.m. until noon each day. Cost is $40 per day or $100 for all three. It is the longest continuous running clinic in New England.

Dean College camp
Dean College in Franklin is hosting a four-week baseball camp starting Jan. 22.
The program is open to players in grades 1-12 and features sessions in advanced hitting, pitching, catching, fielding and baserunning. Space is limited to seven players per coach.
