Matthew E. Borsuk, 25, of Florence. Found responsible for failure to stop/yield, in Deerfield, fined $100. Found responsible for number plate violation, fined $35. Charge of carrying a dangerous weapon, to wit, a sword, filed until 8/11/16, must forfeit the weapon. The charge was decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil offense. Charge of operating under the influence of drugs, was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the Commonwealth, with the evidence available, can’t sustain its burden of proof.

Ivan Grail, 37, of Harrison Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to selling or delivering liquor to a person under 21, placed on pretrial probation until 8/21/17, with victim witness assessment of $50, must stay 25 yards away from a named person, and have no contact with that person, must perform 40 hours of community service, must continue counseling, no contact with children under 18, and restitution yet to be determined. Pleaded guilty to four more charges of the same charge in count one, and was placed on probation on each of the four charges, until 8/21/17, with same conditions as listed in count one. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Christian Junco, 39, of unknown address in Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, and assault and battery on family/household member, released on personal recognizance, must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, and must participate in a program, and take any treatment prescribed by probation department. Cindy A. Roe, 50, of Winchester, N.H. Admitted to sufficient facts operating under the influence of liquor, in Warwick, but continued without a finding until 8/21/17, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, and must not drive until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the license, plus head-injury assessment of $250, operating under the influence of liquor victims assessment of $50, and victim-witness assessment of $50. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, or perform eight hours a month to community service.

Adrian L. Macedo, 21, of Florence. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery, in Greenfield by a member of the Greenfield community, but continued without a finding until 2/23/17, with victim witness assessment of $50, must continue with counseling, must stay away from and have no contact with a named person, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs ordered by the judge, Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee, or perform four hours per month community service.
