LEYDEN — The Council on Aging is hosting a lunch Wednesday from noon to 1:30 p.m. in Town Hall. Lasagna, garlic bread, salad and cherry pie will be served.

BERNARDSTON — The Senior Center is hosting two sewing workshops Thursday, Feb. 16, and Thursday, Feb. 23, from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m.
Part one, “Basics of Sewing with a Serger,” and part two, “Threading, Tension and Stitches: Overlock, Flatlock and Rolled Hem,” are group learning projects using YouTube videos, hands-on practice and tip-sharing. Attendees are invited to bring serger sewing machines and instruction books.
