1:53 a.m. — Caller on Third Street states his upstairs neighbor is making a lot of noise, going in and out and slamming the door. Quiet upon officer’s arrival, advised party of the complaint.

11:12 a.m. — Multiple callers advise there is loud music coming from Federal Street. Homeowner states he went to Town Hall to get permission to play music this weekend. Officer advises noise does not exceed noise meter. Officer will check the area again if further calls comes in.

3:20 p.m. — Caller reports an altercation at the corner of 5th and L streets. Caller does not believe it has turned violent yet. Caller later advised all parties are gone. Male party with the bat went into the apartment building across the street from her. Units advise not as reported.

6:55 p.m. — Caller reports three teenage boys on motorized bikes got onto the bike path in Unity Park heading toward the canal. Caller states they are going too fast, doesn’t believe motorized vehicles are allowed on the bike path. Officer advised.

Sunday, July 17

2:55 p.m. — Caller states an elderly neighbor assaulted her in the parking lot of their Montague City Road apartment building. Advised of options.

9:20 p.m. — Caller reports a dog has been barking for hours. She is worried it might not have water, says it’s been outside for hours. Dog is on the corner of Dell and Oakman streets. Officer advised he doesn’t hear barking, lights are on in the house. Call forwarded to animal control officer.

Monday, July 18

10 p.m. — Caller reports an 18-25-year-old male is giving a 12-14-year-old male alcohol in the parking lot of the F.L. Roberts gas station on Third Street, and also has a brown paper bag. Older party was leaving, juvenile was walking away. Officer advised.
