NORTHFIELD — The Northfield Fire Department is holding a pancake breakfast at Northfield Elementary School on Sunday from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m.
Breakfast costs $7 for adults and $4 for children. Children under age 5 eat for free.
NORTHFIELD — Dickinson Memorial Library is hosting “What is Islam?” on Tuesday from 6:30 to 8 p.m.
Sharif Rosen, Muslim chaplain from Williams College, will present an introduction to Islam, a religion practiced by approximately a quarter of the world’s population, and tell attendees about the ways in which Islam is similar and different to other global religions.
The presentation is free.
