BUCKLAND — All races went uncontested and all candidates secured seats during the town election on Tuesday, including a new Selectboard member.

Out of 1,393 registered voters in town, 147 showed up to the polls, or 10.6%.

The results of the election are as follows:

■Selectboard, three-year term — Lawrence A. Wells, 136 votes.

■Selectboard, one-year term — Barry L. Del Castilho, 132 votes, incumbent.

■Moderator, one-year term — Phoebe Walker, 133 votes, incumbent.

■Board of Assessors, three-year term — Marion E. Scott, 138 votes, incumbent.

■Buckland Public Library trustee, three-year term — George L. Dole, 139 votes, incumbent.

■Finance Committee, three-year term — Paula Consolo, 130 votes, incumbent.

■Finance Committee, three-year term — Robert A. Dean, 130 votes, write-in.

■Finance Committee, two-year term — Robert A. Dean, 21 votes, write-in.

■Finance Committee, one-year term — Dena G. Willmore, 128 votes, incumbent.

■Board of Health, three-year term — Carmela Lanza-Weil, 126 votes.

■Mohawk Trail Regional School District School Committee, three-year term — Martha J. Thurber, 124 votes, incumbent.

■Tree warden, three-year term — Jeffrey A. Purinton, 47 votes, write-in.

■Constable, three-year term — Arthur H. Phillips, 136 votes, incumbent.

Town Clerk Karen Blom said both Dean and Purinton have accepted their seats after having won their races via write-in votes.
