Education Committee launches Warwick School Redesign Facebook page
WARWICK — Members of the Warwick Education Committee have launched a Warwick School Redesign Facebook page, which includes past news articles and information from the town newsletters that relate to Warwick’s effort to reopen its elementary school.
The Pioneer Valley Regional School District voted to stop using the Warwick Community School building in January 2020. The new page will share information pertaining to ongoing efforts to establish a future independent elementary school. The page is public and accessible to all, even without a Facebook account.
NORTHFIELD — Stephanie Stokes of Northfield has earned an Award of Excellence at Western Governors University’s Teachers College. The award is given to students who perform at a superior level in their coursework.
NORTHFIELD — The town will hold a public hearing regarding the renewal of its Comcast cable television license on Thursday, May 13, at 6 p.m. via Zoom.

This hearing will be a concurrent hearing with the town of Bernardston with respect to its cable license renewal with Comcast.
