10:29 a.m. — Caller reports a male party at the Irving gas station on the Mohawk Trail is dancing around and possibly drunk. Male party is parked by the ATM. Truck has damage to it, according to the reporting party. Krishna M. Vaughan, 51, of Colrain Road in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of OUI-liquor over .08% (second offense) and OUI-liquor (with blood alcohol content of .08 or greater).
10:50 a.m. — Caller reports someone broke into the coin case at Whitney Hill Antiques on Main Street. Silver coins were stolen from the case. Report issued.
5:02 p.m. — Joseph E. Coolidge, 54, of Wells Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant on Wells Street.
8:09 p.m. — Officer attempting to serve a warrant at Green River Park on Petty Plain Road. Tiffany S. Largy, 45, of Franklin Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.
Tuesday, June 2
4:28 p.m. — Reporting party states branches hit him in the face at Maple and Union streets, and they need to be cut down. Tree is in the median. Tree is on the right side of the fire hydrant. Work order sent to the Department of Public Works.
5:17 p.m. — Reporting party on Colrain Street states that two weeks ago, someone broke into her house. Today at around 3 p.m., she observed a man on her cameras by the front and back door roaming around. Unsure if he went inside. Reporting party is waiting outside her house. Spoke with the reporting party and advised her to call if the individual returns. No indication of breaking and entering, just the male party walking through the yard.
9:31 p.m. — Traffic stop on Water Street. Tiffany S. Largy, 45, of Franklin Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, expired inspection sticker and possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense).
11:17 p.m. — Reporting party believes the driver in the vehicle in front of her might be under the influence. Driver is attempting to order Dunkin Donuts at Wendy’s on Federal Street. Vehicle gone on arrival.
Wednesday, June 3
12:10 p.m. — Reporting party on Conway Street states her son was involved in a bicycle accident with another child and his bike is “totaled.” Caller is wondering what legal actions she can take to get the bike replaced. Advised her to inquire about a police report and contact her insurance company depending on the details of the crash.
4:43 p.m. — Jodi L. Gromaski, 45, of Oak Courts in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant at Oak Courts.
9:28 p.m. — Report of a light gray goose walking in the roadway near Speedway on Federal Street. Reporting party is concerned it could be a hazard to traffic. Gone on arrival.
Thursday, June 4
6:32 a.m. — Suspicious activity reported at McDonald’s on Federal Street. Katrina Courtney Bauer, 43, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of possession of a Class A drug (subsequent offense) as well as on a warrant.
12:25 p.m. — Breaking and entering reported on Mill Street. Intoxicated party used a rock to smash glass and enter a locked garage. Taken to Baystate Franklin Medical Center. Charges pending.
8:12 p.m. — Reporting party from Lipton Mart on the Mohawk Trail states a female party keeps entering the store, placing items on the counter to purchase, then leaving. Involved female did not wish to speak with an officer. She was advised not to return to Lipton Mart.
10:16 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at CVS Pharmacy on Federal Street. Caller reports a female party was in the store yelling and screaming and also put hands on an employee. Rebecca A. Donais, 36, of Mill Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of shoplifting by asportation and disorderly conduct.
11:35 p.m. — Staff at New View Program on Kenwood Street states an older male is knocking on their door asking for help. States the facility is for women only and they cannot let him in. Additional caller leaving work states she saw him drive into the parking lot, get out of his vehicle and start screaming at the top of his lungs. Krishna M. Vaughan, 51, of Colrain Road in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct (subsequent offense) and trespassing.
Friday, June 5
1:45 p.m. — Caller from The Spirit Shoppe on Federal Street requesting ID verification. Parties checked out.
3:15 p.m. — Reporting party states a white and brindle pit bull attacked her dog at the bike trail alongside the Green River Swimming & Recreation Area on Nash’s Mill Road. No people were harmed. All parties left the scene prior to the call. Reporting party states the pit bull is too violent to be in public. Animal control officer notified.
11:55 p.m. — Phillip D. Cameron, 41, of Davis Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Federal Street on four warrants.
Saturday, June 6
2:32 a.m. — Newspaper delivery person states there is “quite the ruckus” on Highland Avenue. Yelling and dogs barking. Checked the area, all clear.
11:35 a.m. — Caller reports she lost her phone while on her bicycle. The phone is showing that it is on Phillips Street. Reporting party called the phone and the person that answered said the phone was theirs. White iPhone 16e with a gray case and artwork on the back. The address on Phillips Street contains multiple apartments. No answer upon calling the phone and no further updates on location.
7:56 p.m. — Traffic stop on Interstate 91. Jamie E. Sears, 54, of Cross Street in Erving, was arrested on a charge of possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense).
9:07 p.m. — Caller reports hearing fireworks and can possibly see sparks north of their location on Green River Road. Residents are having a gathering and setting off fireworks in the field next to the house. Spoke with involved party about setting off fireworks.
9:37 p.m. — Caller reports a woman is rolling in the road on Haywood Street. Nicole Ann Seymour, 36, of Feeding Hills, was arrested on charges of open container/drinking alcohol in public and resisting arrest.
Sunday, June 7
1:41 a.m. — Party from Oak Hill Road states someone stole her new checkbook. Was advised to contact her bank to cancel the checks.
3:07 p.m. — Vladimir S. Glebov, 31, of Ladyslipper Lane in Hadley, was arrested on the Mohawk Trail on charges of OUI-liquor over .08%, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, leaving the scene of property damage (two counts), disorderly conduct and trespassing.
Monday, June 8
4:51 a.m. — Resident from the Morgan Allen House on Main Street states there is a man outside on the west side of the building who is sleeping on the picnic table. Reporting party states they do not think he belongs there. Checked the area, gone on arrival.
8:05 a.m. — Report of a vehicle parked in the roadway on Elm Street. Caller started to go around it and a male got out of the vehicle with a crowbar. Officers sent. Mediated. Verbal argument after a minor road rage incident.
8:37 a.m. — Report of malicious destruction to property at the Franklin County Justice Center on Hope Street. Caller reports a glass door was smashed. Officer sent. Male party was seen on camera on June 7 at around 11:40 p.m. Smashed windows and attempted to set fire to the courthouse using gasoline. Report issued.
11:44 a.m. — Caller from Longwood Eye & LASIK reports a 5-gallon gas can went missing from the construction site on Federal Street last week. The gas can showed back up with an unidentified liquid inside and a wire tied on top. It is in the bushes on the Abbott Street side of the building.
6:12 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported at Oak Courts. Jeff Jean-Pierre, 41, of Middletown, Connecticut, was arrested on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order as well as on a warrant.
7:46 p.m. — Report of two people fighting on Main Street. Now separated. Gerald Alfred Gould, 42, of Franklin Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of assault and battery, and vandalizing property.
Tuesday, June 9
8:08 a.m. — Marcus Valentine Williams, 33, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on High Street on charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, as well as on a warrant.
9:25 p.m. — Samantha C. Dorn, 35, of Heather Court in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of assault and battery.
11:38 p.m. — Reporting party states golf clubs and a club bag were stolen from the bed of his truck while parked behind the Hangar Pub & Grill on Federal Street. Party states approximate value is $4,000. Party to provide a detailed, itemized list of clubs for the police report.
11:45 p.m. — Male party at Energy Park on Miles Street unhappy about being accused of drinking in public with an open beer bottle by his feet. Male party was advised of open container and trespassing laws, and moved along.
Wednesday, June 10
10:16 a.m. — Officer conducting a follow-up investigation at the Country Club of Greenfield. Golf clubs that were reported stolen most likely fell out of the reporting party’s truck while driving on Country Club Road. The golf clubs were turned in. Reporting party is in New York for work but his father can pick up the clubs later today.
10:41 a.m. — Justin J. Cheverez, 36, of Kenwood Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Main Street on three warrants.
10:50 p.m. — Mason Anthony Ashburn, 21, of Main Street in Charlemont, was arrested on High Street on charges of carrying a firearm without a license and carrying a loaded firearm without a license.
Thursday, June 11
8:04 a.m. — Reporting party states a male party was in the area of the office of the Winslow Building on Wells Street yelling at her, then threw a bag of onions and potatoes are her. He has now gone back to his apartment. Billy Y. Roman Bruno, 32, of Wells Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of violating a harassment prevention order.
9:09 a.m. — Threats reported at Highland Pond/Highland Park on Mountain Road. Reporting party states he was threatened by a male party who he believes lives in the woods. Caller states the male threatened to shoot him. No weapon was shown. Male party has since walked off. Caller states he is not worried and knows it’s an empty threat, but was looking to have it documented.
6:02 p.m. — Officer assisting another agency on Hope Street. Rafael Manuel Rivera, 37, of Springfield, was arrested on charges of distributing a Class A drug, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense), as well as on a warrant. Also arrested was Steven M. Rocheleau Jr., 41, of Hope Street in Greenfield, on three warrants.
Friday, June 12
5:22 a.m. — Richard Conner, 64, of Chapman Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Chapman Street on a warrant.
8:13 a.m. — Reporting party from Congress Street states her neighbor stole artwork hanging from her door. Metalwork taken last night.
5:34 p.m. — Maryann E. Milotte, 51, of Conway Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Park Street on two warrants.
11:28 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported on Fairview Street West. White box truck sitting on the side of the road with no lights. Vehicle not obstructing the roadway. Dispatcher attempted to contact the owner with no luck.
Saturday, June 12
9:12 a.m. — Report of two men and one woman yelling and fighting while walking up the roadway in the area of Petty Plain Road and Meridian Street. Verbal argument between partners. Report issued.
10:33 a.m. — Disturbance reported at Greenfield Savings Bank on Main Street. Male party screaming and yelling death threats. Thomas Owen Morrill Jr., 61, of Congress Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace and resisting arrest.
1:58 p.m. — Reporting party from South Shelburne Road states a male party on a bicycle went in her driveway and into the back of her house before leaving after spotting cameras. Looks to be at the incorrect address based on behavior and looking at his cellphone.
11:48 p.m. — Report of a structure fire on Davis Street. Fire Department dispatched, officer dispatched. Reporting a weird light that looks like flames in the building. Command confirms no fire, just a strange light bulb flickering in a room.
Sunday, June 14
3:11 p.m. — Reporting party states a box truck has been parked on Fairview Street West behind Tractor Supply Co. since June 11. Truck does not have a plate, and there is a cat tree and an outboard motor behind the truck. Another party advised the truck broke down and she is contacting a tow company for a tow. Truck should be towed today.
7:19 p.m. — Reporting party states a group of children threw a large rock into her backyard on Frederick Road. Believes it came from Oak Courts. Party heard sounds of children, but doesn’t see or hear anyone now. Nothing damaged and no injuries. Spoke to a juvenile at Oak Courts who confessed to throwing the rock. Juvenile was encouraged to make safer choices. Guardians advised.
