8:12 a.m. — Officer attempting to serve a warrant on Frederick Road. Christian Charles McLoughlin, 31, of Frederick Road in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.
12:06 p.m. — Reporting party wanted to alert the police to what she has observed regarding electric bicycles on Main and Federal streets. Services rendered.
3:37 p.m. — Report of a city ordinance violation on Main Street. Vern Nicholas Archer, 55, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on a charge of open container/drinking alcohol in public.
6:31 p.m. — Spoke with a party on Smith Street who was having issues with her neighbor and his music. She was looking to document the incident. Party was advised to contact her landlord to file a complaint. No criminal activity, no further police action needed.
7:59 p.m. — Officer attempting to serve a warrant at Green River Park on Petty Plain Road. David Lunny, 40, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.
9:17 p.m. — Erratic operation reported on Mohawk Trail. Black SUV all over the road and slamming on the brakes. Davidson G. Altimo, 29, of Feeding Hills, was arrested on charges of OUI-liquor over .08%, possession of a Class A drug, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
10:11 p.m. — Loud banging reported on Chapman Court. Reporting party has a young son who is trying to sleep. Spoke with a female party who just moved into an apartment and advised she was hanging things up on the wall. She was advised of the complaint and stated she was done for the night.
Tuesday, May 5
9:48 a.m. — Reporting party states his partner was panhandling at Big Y on the Mohawk Trail and exchanged words with a landscaper who threatened to call the police because they were panhandling and asked them to move along so they could leaf blow. Male party was upset about the landscaper’s attitude and left a bad Yelp review on their website. Matter documented.
10:17 a.m. — Traffic stop on Bradford Drive. Katie Bea Lastowski, 32, of Pray Drive in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of possession of a Class E drug (four counts), possession of a Class B drug (three counts) and having an expired inspection sticker. Debra Ann Garrison, 47, homeless of Greenfield, was arrested on charges of carrying a dangerous weapon, possession of a Class B drug (two counts), possession of a Class A drug and failure to wear a seat belt. Also arrested was Kelly A. Parent, 48, of Avenue A in Turners Falls, on charges of possession of a Class B drug (subsequent offense) and possession of a Class E drug.
1:04 p.m. — Multiple reports of a disturbance on Bayberry Court. Reporting party reports she is looking to pick up her daughter and the daughter’s belongings, and the boyfriend came outside with a butcher knife and was threatening the parties outside. Reporting party stated the male party went back inside. All parties were advised of their options. Police stood by to maintain the peace during the property exchange.
7:58 p.m. — Breaking and entering reported on Federal Street. Caller reports a brown Pomeranian was stolen from the backyard. Door is open, potentially broken into. Not as reported. Party was unsure if the puppy ran out the rear gate door. She was advised the puppy is safe at the animal shelter in Turners Falls.
Wednesday, May 6
6:12 p.m. — Protesters on Baystate Franklin Medical Center property have been asked to leave numerous times. Protesters were advised they were on private property and were moved along with no issues.
6:33 p.m. — Caller from Conway Street reports a black truck has been stealing wood from the construction site of the new shelter. Owner of the black Ford pickup is an employee of the company working on the project. Party was able to call his foreman, who stated he is allowed to take some of the extra wood. Not as reported.
Thursday, May 7
12:50 p.m. — Trespassing reported at the former Green River School on Meridian Street. Reporting party states there is a tent going up behind the school. Services rendered.
12:51 p.m. — Caller from Davis Street reports a male party came to their home a few times yesterday knocking on the door and believes they gave a false identity. Reporting party felt very uncomfortable and wanted it documented.
5:22 p.m. — Officer attempting to serve a warrant at Oak Courts. Tabatha Stacey Lippman, 37, of Oak Courts in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.
Friday, May 8
12:49 a.m. — Store clerk at Cumberland Farms on Federal Street advises multiple groups of juveniles are placing online DoorDash orders, canceling them and demanding the items for free when they come in. He advised they were threatening to come back and assault him. Juveniles left prior to officer’s arrival. Clerk is requesting extra checks of this location at the end of the evening shift and the start of overnight shifts.
2:30 a.m. — Caller on Colrain Street states her boyfriend’s downstairs neighbor is trying to kick in their door. Jacob Haselton, 37, of Colrain Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of vandalizing property, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and attempting to commit a crime.
4:53 p.m. — Suspicious activity reported on Leyden Road. Party calling to report a male party walked out of the woods and is acting suspiciously. Man reportedly took his pants off, put his pants back on and is swaying. Jacob M. Dullnig, 33, of High Street in Greenfield, was arrested on two warrants, as well as on charges of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official and trespassing.
7:49 p.m. — Disturbance reported on Main Street. Ronald Keith Bouchard, 40, of Arch Place in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of open container/drinking alcohol in public and disorderly conduct (subsequent offense).
Saturday, May 9
5:35 p.m. — Report of two large male parties checking back doors on Briar Way. Last seen heading over the railroad tracks toward Hope Street. Hope Street and Briar Way checked, unable to located anyone in the area.
7:30 p.m. — Caller requesting to speak with an officer regarding an incident on Briar Way earlier today. Officer spoke with the reporting party regarding the two suspicious individuals from earlier, updating the description. Officers checked the area when initially reported, unable to locate anyone.
Sunday, May 10
1:24 a.m. — A traffic stop on Union Street resulted in the arrest of Kyle Gaines, 45, of Guilford, Vermont, on charges of a marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and OUI-liquor over .08%.
3:46 p.m. — Vehicle was observed following an officer from the Police Station to Sandri. Vehicle pulled in while the officer put gas in the cruiser and then followed the cruiser down Federal Street and Main Street. Has occurred multiple times in the last few weeks. Documentation only.
8:59 p.m. — Officer was flagged down about a nude female walking on Bank Row. Nothing found. Dispatcher advised that a female with a nude-colored shirt was seen walking in that area. Could not locate.
