MILLERS FALLS — The Millers Falls Library at 23 Bridge St. will welcome Amy Donovan, program director with the Greenfield-based Franklin County Solid Waste Management District, on Thursday, June 11, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. for a program called “Recycling Myths, Trash Truths and What You Need to Know.”
The talk, geared toward adults, will answer questions like, “Where does all this stuff actually go once it leaves the bin?” and “Can this pizza box be recycled?” Donovan will detail the surprisingly complicated journey of everyday waste while also busting myths about recycling, trash and composting.
