It was Christmas morning and we had to call for an unexpected medical emergency. Miraculously within five minutes several responders arrived, within 10 minutes the ambulance arrived. We were overwhelmed with the quick and professional response. The kindness, compassion and concern was evident from each responder. We never expected this. It was Christmas morning and they were all with their families. Yet, they responded in full force.
We cannot thank you all enough for sacrificing your family time on such a special day. Thank you Northfield Ambulance and crew. Erving fire chief, police chief and many other EMTs. How truly fortunate we are to have such dedicated first responder team in Erving and surrounding towns. Your communities should be so proud. You really can’t appreciate this service until you need it. Wishing you all a safe and healthy New Year
