Frank is a 2-3-year-old 20-pound terrier available for adoption at the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Regional Dog Shelter in Turners Falls. He can be cautious and shy with new people but warms up quickly. Frank can be selective on what dogs he likes and does better with female dogs. He is soon to be neutered and that may help with his reactivity to other male dogs. Frank likes being around people but can be independent and is not really a cuddler.
