Our sister spent the last three years in the Reflections Unit at The Arbors in Greenfield. She recently passed away after courageously living her best life despite her diagnosis of Lewy Body Dementia.

Our family would like to thank The Arbors for everything they did for our sister during her time there. She felt safe, respected and loved. She made new friends, and despite her challenges, participated in all of the activities every day.

From the welcome staff at the front desk to the nurses, activities staff, unit director, and all of the resident assistants we could not have asked for more. They are all caring individuals who make their very difficult job look easy.

When our sister was transitioning, she was able to remain in her home at The Arbors with support from Hospice. The grace, integrity, and love bestowed on our family at this difficult time was amazing and we will be forever grateful.
