11:07 a.m. — Reporting party hears people screaming and banging on the door. Dispatch described the address as being a brown house on the corner of Chapman and Silver streets. No brown house on the corner. Checked area as well. Nothing found.
12:54 p.m. — Caller from Hastings Street would like to speak to an officer regarding issues with her neighbors parking in front of her house. Services rendered.
8:30 p.m. — Caller from Summer Street reports vehicles are operating erratically. Caller states there are two vehicles driving with no headlights on, revving their engines. While on the phone, she said one vehicle left heading south on Summer Street. Unable to locate.
10:38 p.m. — Caller reports a vehicle is on fire on Phillips Street. Pickup truck fully engulfed in flames was located upon arrival. Fire area from behind the rear seats and truck bed. Fire Department extinguished the fire, which extended throughout the entire truck. Located owner visiting his daughter on Phillips Street. Vehicle was parked at 8 p.m. Brand new electric pickup truck with roughly 4,000 miles. Vehicle was towed. Report issued.
Tuesday, Aug. 19
9:50 a.m. — Tracy M. Carter, 62, of Juniper Court in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant on Juniper Court.
2:33 p.m. — Report of a fight in progress on Pray Drive, unknown weapons. Reporting party heard a loud “pop” noise but is unsure if it was a gunshot. Door got hit with a rock, which led to a verbal confrontation. Services rendered.
8:18 p.m. — Traffic stop at Pleasant and Davis streets. Angel Bea Goldthwaite, 36, of Harris Court in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant.
Wednesday, Aug. 20
11:19 a.m. — Koch’s Automotive on Main Street is requesting an officer be present when a customer arrives to retrieve his vehicle because he believes the customer may cause issues. Customer didn’t arrive.
12:09 p.m. — Reporting party from NAPA Auto Parts on Deerfield Street called to report someone using his company’s dumpster. It is believed the trash was left by a resident of a Mill Street address. Left voicemail with the resident advising them of the complaint, along with the request to stop to avoid further issues.
2:35 p.m. — Reporting party believes someone stole a camera out of his car at Big Y on the Mohawk Trail. Report taken. Reporting party later informed police that he located his camera in his other vehicle.
7:07 p.m. — Reporting party calling to state he does not have an emergency, but stated “I’m going to rob…” before he hung up. Officer stating a male party threw a rock at his cruiser. Joseph Loyal Coleman, 23, of High Street in Greenfield, was arrested on charges of vandalizing property, assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct.
Thursday, Aug. 21
8:35 a.m. — Penelope I. Pattalochi, 51, of Orchard Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Orchard Street on a warrant.
1:35 p.m. — Caller reports there is a female party in the roadway throwing belongings and shouting at people on Deerfield Street. Additional caller advised the subject was bleeding. Subject was waiting for the bus with red paint all over her hands and legs, not blood. No further action required.
Friday, Aug. 22
3:34 p.m. — Caller from Sanderson Street reports there is a snake inside her home. Snake is in the pantry and she is not sure what kind it is. Animal control officer was contacted.
4:23 p.m. — Caller at Forbes Court received a certified letter in her mailbox that she did not sign for. Letter states she has court. She believes it may be fake but wanted to double check with police because if it is real, she does not want to miss the court date. Returned call, advising the reporting party that she is a defendant in the case in question and should appear if summoned.
4:48 p.m. — Jayme Leann Jordan, 37, of Pray Drive in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant on Pray Drive.
9:34 p.m. — Caller reporting e-bikes are “whipping” around in the area of Chapman Street. Reporting party tried to talk to them but they keep speeding around and barely have lights on their bikes. Reporting party called back stating one of the e-bikes hit someone in the arm. The person does not need an ambulance. Resident of Chapman Street would like all electric bikes better regulated and states Chapman Street is a high e-bike travel route.
Saturday, Aug. 23
7:50 a.m. — Caller from Linden Avenue is upset that his neighbor lets their dog out at 6:30 a.m. and it barks. Advised to leave a message for the animal control officer.
12:17 p.m. — Reporting party reports two males are fighting behind Green River Liquors & Ruggeri’s Redemption Center on Deerfield Street, one is an employee. Reporting party spoke to the employee who stated nothing is needed and there are no injuries. The other male left. Unknown male tried fighting the employee over a bottle return count discrepancy. Nothing else needed.
2:13 p.m. — Caller from Davis Street reports a table was stolen. Table was in the driveway near a pile of free items. Reporting party was able to stop a male party from loading the table top into his SUV. The base of the table was already missing.
Sunday, Aug. 24
12:17 p.m. — Report of lost property at the John W. Olver Transit Center on Olive Street. Reporting party states his bike was last seen at the Transit Center after he took a bus ride. Bike is described as a Trek 7000, blue and purple in color, has a rack on the back and extended handle bars that curve up.
3:34 p.m. — Reporting party requesting to speak with an officer regarding unauthorized tag sales on Pierce Street. Spoke with two parties at the tag sale. One party states he already went to City Hall and was told they did not need a permit and could continue with the tag sales. Same provided a business card proving he spoke with the mayor’s assistant.
7:23 p.m. — Reporting party from High Street states she received a package from Walmart that she didn’t order. Spoke with party who was advised it was their neighbor’s groceries.
