If there is a heaven I expect that the survivors of the Holocaust are looking down in bewilderment, outrage (if that’s allowed in heaven), and sadness as they witness what the government of Israel is doing.
If there is a hell I imagine some of its most famous occupants, Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, and Franco are looking up with smiles and high fives at what Putin, Netanyahu, Trump, and Biden had and are still doing.
And George Orwell, who most likely is in heaven, is nodding and saying “I warned you.”
