So true. Years ago Greenfield had so many stories, you didn’t have to go out of town to shop. We had sears, J.C.Penny, two shoe stores, two five and dime stores, the list goes on. Now we have nothing. We used to have restaurants. We need a big box store, whether it be Walmart, Target or any other store. No matter where you go in Greenfield, you can’t find anything. A lot of empty storefronts. We’re losing businesses, it’s pretty sad. If things don’t change, Greenfield is going to become a ghost town. It’s really too bad.
