Common Ground Fitness captured the Greenfield Adult Co-ed Softball League’s B Division title on Tuesday, knocking off Adam and Eve, 15-4, in the championship game.
Common Ground took down Hot L, 6-4, on Saturday in the semifinals and the championship game was called in the bottom of the first due to rain on Saturday and resumed Tuesday.
Tyler Charboneau finished the tournament 9-for-10 with three home runs including a grand slam, four tripled and eight RBIs. He and Stefanie Williams, who had five hits and played great defense, were named the B Division MVPs.

Jack Killeen, Susan O’Connor, Nancy Donoghue, Margo Worden and Steve Shattuck shot the low gross of 62 in a Food Drive Outing at the Country Club of Greenfield Tuesday.
The team of Joe Viadero, Barry Dow, Barb Killeen, Susan Ruggeri and Christine Kuzmeskus took second (63), Roy Emerson, Teresa Varner, Lane Kelly, Anne Echeverria and Susan Parker placed third (64), the team of Jane Smith, Peter Wood, Ann McHugh, Dianne Wood and Anne Corrinet tied with the group of Nancy Robie, Doug Finck, Ellen Bitzer, June Heideman and Julie Bailey for fourth (67) while William McDonald, Randall Bernard, Gail Miller, Sally Bernard and Sue McDonald took sixth (68).
Over in the 9 Hole Women’s League at CCG on Tuesday, the foursome of Sam Smith, Liz Archer, Jill Waldron and TC Emerson placed first in a Member Guest Scramble with a score of 33.
Wanda Pyfrom, Anne Corrinet, Joanne Whitman and Pam McCarthy placed second (33).
Crumpin-Fox Women’s League
Jill Waldron and Kellie Martin took first with scores of 1-over in a 2-person scramble in the Crumpin-Fox Women’s League last week.
Kay Cowperthwait and Whitney Robbins placed second (2-over). Maureen Gamlin and Chris Wysk shot the low net (7-under) followed by Kathy Mack and Becky Shaw (6-under). Camilla Thacher won closest to the pin on No. 3 (17 feet, 6.5 inches) and Shaw won on No. 9 (6-8).
