Every state in the union should pass emergency legislation to ban any law enforcement government agent to be masked and unidentified as to agency and name of the “officer!” Also all vans or other vehicles should be clearly marked. Finally, any person being “picked up” should be clearly informed as to why, along with their Miranda rights.
