Not only was he on time on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, but he researched, plotted and schemed for almost three hours only to come up empty-handed. However, not one to give up, Russ spent time over the weekend and actually called me with a solution!
His professionalism and unwillingness to throw in the towel sets him and the company a cut above the rest.
