While I know that Friendly’s isn’t the best restaurant around, I was disheartened to read that Starbucks will be taking its place in the fall. What we do need is another restaurant or diner, as Greenfield is sorely lacking in both. I wish that a diner like Stables would come to Greenfield. It serves great comfort food and is always busy. In the meantime, the Wagon Wheel restaurant in Gill will always be a favorite.
