Question for our legislators. On a voice vote, not a roll call vote, to provide free phone calls and video calls for all prisoners in Massachusetts — why? Law-abiding citizens have to pay for phone calls and video calls. Why are criminals more deserving then law-abiding citizens? Also: What is this going to cost Massachusetts taxpayers every month?
