The liberty and freedom we have along with so many values are due to the years of service to and for our country by our veterans.
November 11th is our day set aside to honor, respect, and thank them for giving supposedly the best years of our young lives in service to and for our country to obey and go where sent, to do what is required sometimes under difficult and dangerous conditions with the hope of coming home.
Statistics are that World War II veterans are very few, Korean Vets are low in numbers and Vietnam Vets are well up in age. To all, please attend your area’s parade to honor and thank them, and to our veterans, please ride or march, this day is yours.
With respect and a salute.
