Nuff’ said! Allow me to share with the readers of the Recorder an experience with a recent phone order to a local business. The call is to request an order delivery. I’ll paraphrase the conversation … here goes. Good afternoon. I’d like to place an order to be delivered please. Address. I gave the young person my address. What can I get ya? I stated the order. That it? Yes. How much will that be please, I’ll pay cash. Uh, wait a minute (money stated) — about an hour. That’s fine, thank you. Yup … click! Following this would-be conversation, I gave some thought as to what this young person might become, or accomplish as a lifetime vocation. I do believe this choice will fit nicely, a shepherd.
