In reading the various letters concerning climate change, I have noticed that most letters that acknowledge the problem are well written and supported by verifiable scientific facts. Those written by climate deniers are, for the most part, inane, throw-out statements such as “If climate change were real, we would all be dead by now” and “Liberals enjoy terrifying children with this climate crisis nonsense.”
I try to be open-minded on all subjects. If someone presents a well thought-out argument, with cogent evidence, I will listen and consider. If someone spews meaningless pronouncements that only reflect a personal bias, not so much.
I suggest to those of you in the second category, drop the attitude and do some research.
