I was brought up a Democrat and loved the Kennedy era: “Ask not what your country can do for you — ask what you can do for your country.” I can no longer believe the people I grew up with support this Democratic Party. Cancel culture and gender-neutral stuff is bad enough, but having our kids exposed to gender change as minors and opening our borders to everyone and everything in the world is too much.
I have had, and continue to have, good relationships with Black and Hispanic friends and was never called a racist, until these white leftist liberals have told me I’m one. Catholics are demonized and our police are now supposed to be our enemies. I never imagined our country could be this screwed up.
And my friends are going to vote for more of this? Unbelievable.
