Celtic music service set for Sunday

GREENFIELD — Local band Ragged Blue, consisting of John Rough, Corki Demers, Joe Blumenthal and Terry Atkinson, will perform a Celtic music service on Sunday, March 12, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 23 Long Ave. All are welcome to attend this liturgy of traditional Celtic music, hymns and instrumental music.

Beetle 7 show set for March 16

GREENFIELD — The LAVA Center at 324 Main St. will present Beetle 7, a live music project from local musician Steve Koziol, on Thursday, March 16, from 5 to 8 p.m.

Beetle 7 is an ambient space music experience with Joel Paxton (guitar), Kevin Smith (tuba), Steve Koziol (viola, guitar) and Leo Hwang (theremin, guitar).

A $5 to $10 donation is suggested at the door or online at thelavacenter.org/donate. Masks are required.

Greenfield student makes Wentworth dean’s list
