Greenfield and Turners Falls renewed their rivalry at the Country Club of Greenfield on Thursday. 

Turners’ Joey Mosca earned medalist honors with a round of 42 from the No. 1 spot to earn four points, but the host Green Wave took four of the six matchups to open their season with a 13.5-10.5 Bi-County League East victory. 

Johnny Marchefka (51) and Bryce Avery (44) each earned 3.5 points for Greenfield while Matt Lavoine (46) and Michael Pierce (53) each took three points. Dylan Archer (52) and Preston Lafleur (59) rounded out the Green Wave competitors. 

Reese Elwell (50) scored 3.5 points for Turners in the No. 5 spot. Logan Addison (51) and Braedon Talbot (56) each scored a point while Jackson Day (56) and Grady Deery (53) each put up 0.5 points for the Thunder in the loss. 

Pioneer 17, Hopkins 7 — Michael Stennes (43), Ethan Mauthe (45) and Cam Curtis (50) each took four points to help lead the Panthers to a win over the Golden Hawks at Holyoke Country Club on Thursday. 

Brayden Thayer (44) picked up a point in the No. 1 spot, Ben Werner (51) took three points from the No. 2 spot and Ryan Guertin scored a point in the No. 6 position for Pioneer. 

Hampshire 16.5, Frontier 7.5 — Cam Skiffington (46) and Addy Wood (51) each scored a pair of points for the Redhawks in a loss to the Raiders at Beaver Brook Golf Course on Thursday. 

Ryan Cetto (45), Alex Gochinski (47), Cade Allenby (56) and Gabe Solodky (54) each scored points for Frontier in the loss.
