In a 4 Clubs and Putter contest in the 18 Hole Women’s League at the Country Club of Greenfield on Tuesday, Diane Carme recorded the low gross of 83 in Flight One.
Donna Woodcock took second with an 88. Susan O’Connor and Ann McHugh tied for the low net after both carded 72s.
In Flight Two, Lane Kelly tallied the low gross of 100 followed by Anne Lyman with a 102. Alane Smith had the low net (75) while Dianne Wood took second (76).
Edge Hill Men’s League
Bret Bourman’s point quota of plus-6 and net score of 28 topped the leaderboard in A Division of the Edge Hill Men’s League on Tuesday.
Lewis Goodnow took second with a point quota of plus-4 while Mark Eaton tallied the low gross of 36. In the B Division, Jamie Bishop had the top point quota of plus-6 followed by Paul Hill with a score of plus-4. Bishop had the low gross (44) while Hill had the low net (31).
In closest to the pin Eaton won on No. 10 (14 feet, four inches).
Matt’s Men’s League
Matt Betsold’s gross score of 76 earned him first place in an 18 Hole Tournament in Matt’s Men’s League at Thomas Memorial on Monday.
Charlie McCracken took second (79) and Don Mailloux came in third (90). Jeff Miller shot the low net of 71, followed by Paul Gaspar (72) in second and Bob White and John Passiglia tying for third (73).
Rick Kimball won closest to the string on No. 1 while Betsold won it on No. 10. Alfie Mitchell won longest drive on No. 6 while White took it on No. 15.
In closest to the pin, Mitchell won on No. 7 (11 feet, 10 inches) McCracken took it on No. 9 (27-5) and Betsold won on No. 18 (10-9).
