‘Reparations 4 Slavery’ founder to give Zoom talk

GREENFIELD — Lotte Lieb Dula, founder of “Reparations 4 Slavery,” will present a talk titled “The Racial Wealth Gap” on Thursday, May 12, at 7 p.m. via Zoom.

Sponsored by the local grassroots organization Racial Justice Rising, the presentation on reparations for slavery will include a slideshow and group discussion, leaving time for questions and answers. The program is free, with Racial Justice Rising receiving financial support from numerous local cultural councils.

Dula, a retired financial strategist, founded reparations4slavery.com, a portal for white families wishing to walk the path of racial healing through making reparations. She has designed a two-year-long curriculum for white people who wish to commit to reparative change.
