NEW SALEM — Heidi Bohn won a five-year Planning Board seat in Monday’s election, fending off a write-in campaign from Ta Mara Conde after “an unfortunate mistake” kept her name off the ballot.

Bohn bested Conde, 115-17. Steven Blinder accumulated 105 votes and write-in candidate Barbara Doyle, who notched 26, won three-year School Committee seats.

The other results are as follows:

■Carl Seppala — Selectboard, three-year term.

■Lynn Layton — Board of Health, three-year term.

■Stacy Senflug — town clerk, three-year term.

■Cameron Dunbar — moderator, three-year term.

■Andrew Ohlson (write-in) — constable, three-year term.

■David Briand — assessor, three-year term.

■Elizabeth Devlin (write-in) — School Committee, one-year term. (The town failed to elect anyone to a second one-year seat on the School Committee.)

■Judith Northup-Bennett — library trustee, three-year term.

■Kathryn Soule-Regine — Municipal Light Board, three-year term.

According to Town Clerk Stacy Senflug, 140 (or 16%) of the town’s 831 registered voters showed up to the polls.

An earlier version of this story contained an inaccuracy regarding election results for School Committee. Steven Blinder accumulated 105 votes for one three-year seat, while write-in candidate Barbara Doyle won a second three-year School Committee seat with 28 votes. Although write-in candidate Elizabeth Devlin secured a one-year seat on the School Committee, the town also failed to elect anyone to a second one-year term on the committee.
