SHELBURNE FALLS — The annual meeting of the Shelburne Falls Fire District will be held Monday, April 12, at 7:30 p.m. at the Fire Station, 121 State St.
Additionally, polls for the fire district’s election will be open from noon to 7 p.m., also at the Fire Station. There are three write-in candidates: Douglas Cole, commissioner; Marion Scott, assessor; and Gregg Gilmore, moderator.
Annual reports are available to the public by stopping by the office between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., or call 413-625-6392 to have one delivered.
BUCKLAND — Residents looking to vote in the 2021 town election, set for Tuesday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Town Hall, must register by Wednesday, April 14, at 5 p.m.
Residents can register to vote online at bit.ly/3ujcqpc, or in person at the Town Clerk’s Office on Tuesday, April 14, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
