5:44 p.m. – Caller on Fourth Street requesting an officer, stated he was just assaulted by a neighbor, who punched him in the face five or six times. Perpetrator is no longer on scene. Called denied need for medical attention, but had a bruise on his face. Officer Sevene reports both parties have been separated at this time. Caller did not want to press charges at this time but was still advised of his options.
11:30 a.m. – Report of stolen vehicle at the end of Poplar Street between 7:30 and 8 a.m. Enterprise faxed a stolen vehicle report.
8:51 p.m. – Caller requests an officer to the alleyway on Third Street to attempt to catch his girlfriend in the act of purchasing crack. States that his girlfriend is an addict and that he brought her to a residence to “pay someone back” but has been waiting for her to return to the truck for over 20 minutes now and knows that she really is waiting for drugs to be delivered. Described as wearing blue jeans, a multicolored tank top and an orange sweatshirt tied around her waist. Sgt. Dempsey advised. Dempsey followed parties around trying to catch them in the act illegal. Nothing was witnessed.
10:21 a.m. – Caller on Ninth Street reporting a Honda Pilot has been parked on Ninth Street and has not moved for a couple of weeks. Vehicle has smashed windshield and broken window. Officer Dobosz advised.
9:29 p.m. – Joshua R. Hubbard, 33, of Randall Road, in Montague, arrested for assault and battery on a family/household member and malicious destruction of property more than $1,200.
8:53 a.m. – Two hypodermic needles on Millers Falls Road by Officer Miner.
7:06 p.m. – Roy E. Page Jr., 52, of North Street, in Erving, arrested for larceny of a motor vehicle.
8:25 p.m. – Caller on H Street states she would like to report her purse was taken, most likely from her house last, and $400 was in it.
11:39 a.m. – Officer Miner located a needle on Avenue A. Needle turned over to Officer Pervere.
12:20 a.m. – Walk-in reports she just flipped her vehicle on Hatchery Road and then walked to the station because she does not have a phone on her. States she was swerving to avoid an animal that ran out in front of her. Fire Department advised and is in the lobby with reporting party. AMR Ambulance contacted and is en route, units advised. Officer Ruddock states motor vehicle is deep in the woods. Ruddock request’s Rau’s for a tow.
12:48 p.m. – Caller on Avenue A reports one of his car’s windows was broken sometime after 7 a.m.
