WHEN in the course of human events it becomes necessary for the common people to break the social bands which have connected them with the self-designated elite, a decent respect to the opinions of society requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

WE hold these truths to be self-evident, that all citizens are created equal — not less equal than the political, academic and media elite — and will endeavor to protect our lives, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, since those in power are reluctant to do so. And when the policies of the elected, and unelected elite are destructive to those ends, it is the right, it is the duty of the people to resist those policies, and take it upon themselves to institute new officials to protect those rights.

THE history of the above mentioned is one of repeated injuries and usurpations, whose chief aim is tyrannical rule over the people and their subjugation through the systematic removal of those rights provided in the Constitution. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid and reasonable country.

THEY have allowed mobs to unlawfully remove our historical symbols and renounce our most sacred institutions.

THEY have ceded areas of our great cities, sovereign United States territories, to anarchist groups, who unjustly rule under the guise of promoting social justice.

THEY have instructed sworn law enforcement personnel to ignore the destruction of public and private property, thereby endangering the citizenry, and to stand down during riots, while threatening to arrest the lawful for peaceably assembling.

THEY are calling for the defunding of law enforcement, while diverting those public funds for the purpose of their own private security.

THEY have called for the disarming of law-abiding citizens, as provided by the Constitution.

THEY have closed our churches and synagogues, prohibiting the free exercise of religion.

THEY have attempted, in Congress, to reverse the results of free and lawful elections.

THEY repeatedly attempt to abridge our God-given right to free thought and speech, and punish us in various forms in the schools and in the workplace, in violation of the constitution.

THEY continue to impose taxes while denying the services those taxes are enacted to provide.

THEY are refusing to secure our borders against known criminal elements, thereby endangering us.

THEY repeatedly attempt to impose their will over the majority in the courts, rather than the establishment of laws in the Houses of Congress.

THEY are imposing their radical and subversive ideas on our public school students, contrary to the will of the parents, and punishing those students for speaking out in protest.

THEY are prohibiting us to recognize, and traditionally celebrate, the original Declaration of Independence, and many other traditional, national holidays.

WE, therefore, the citizens of America, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world, solemnly declare, that we are absolved of all allegiances and the unlawful dictates of the social and political elite; and as free and independent citizens do resolve to live accordingly. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on Divine Providence, we pledge our lives, our loyalty to each other and the Constitution, and our sacred honor.
