If Joe Biden is the Democratic Party’s nominee for President, he should issue a statement such as this. “Why should I debate a loser and a liar? If you say it is a tradition and a norm I would note that so is releasing your tax returns. I might consider debating this loser if he finally did what he promised, which was releasing his tax returns. Otherwise, why bother.”
