We’ve been appreciating the Recorder more than ever these days. Local news is essential and always pertinent to our daily lives. Some stories are unsettling, tragic, and devastating, while others can be uplifting, enlightening and inspiring — through these stories, we are able to send prayers and joys to our friends and neighbors.
For myself, my husband and our son, the daily routine of sharing the paper is a bonding ritual. Morning chats about world and local news include speculations of the future of sports and the arts, and the reading aloud of opinion letters. At dinner, the conversations continue, then conclude with the challenge of merging our brains to solve the daily puzzles.
Your paper enhances our lives … Thank you all!
