“Thank you for your services” and cheering at 7 p.m., with flashing lights, is not enough. Congress needs to immediately enact and the President must sign an Act which provides the following benefits: 1. To all the families, who lost their loved ones to COVID-19, resulting from their employment by any health care institution or hospital, a death benefit of $250,000. This to include the families of doctors, nurses, EMTs, therapists, cleaning staff, laboratory staff and administrative staff. 2. Expand the benefit to the family members of all essential workers such as: bus drivers, transportation and delivery workers, first responders and food service/clerks.

The people who risk their lives in the service to all of us and survived, their student loans and debt are forgiven or otherwise satisfied. Furthermore, they would receive free medical, hospital and medication for the remainder of their lives and high-risk pay bonus of $50,000. Let us provide for them and regard them as veterans of this war.
