Charles Pate, 31, of West Main Street, Stafford Springs, Conn. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Greenfield Police. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle lights violation.

Joshua C. Coates, 38, of River Road, Whately. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, in Ashfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Pleaded guilty and found guilty, with 45-day loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must undergo a substance abuse evaluation and treatment as directed, and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Must not have alcohol, with screenings, and must not drive anyone under 18 years old. Two charges of child endangerment while OUI, with 90 days in the house of correction, suspended until Feb. 5, 2021. Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle and failure to stop for police were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as needed.
