Snowy conditions made for slippery driving on Tuesday afternoon, with accidents popping up across Franklin County.

The driver of a Toyota Tundra pick-up escaped injury when the vehicle rolled onto its driver’s side on Gulf Road in Northfield near Pratt Hollow Road. Gulf Road was closed until the truck was righted and removed, at around 1 p.m.

According to Massachusetts State Police, a single-car rollover involving a Toyota Corolla just before 3 p.m. on Interstate 91 northbound in Deerfield resulted in a good Samaritan taking the driver to Exit 26 in Greenfield, where she was met by EMTs. The 26-year-old woman sustained minor injuries, according to State Police. First responders were on the scene for roughly 40 minutes.

There was also a single-car accident reported at about 3:15 p.m. in Deerfield and a two-vehicle crash in Greenfield at about 3:30 p.m. Both were also on Interstate 91. State Police cited the weather as the cause of both.
