The Athol-Royalston middle school boys basketball team closed out its season with a 55-39 win over Smith Academy on Friday.
The Red Raiders finish their season with a 13-5 record.
Connor Cox and Colby Goodwin each scored 10 points for Athol, with Angel Castillo and Logan Cormier dropping in nine points and Tony Carbone adding in eight points.
Shelburne Bowling Alley
Jeff Brisson had a great night on Thursday in the Thursday Night League at the Shelburne Falls Bowling Alley, finishing with the men’s high single score of 127 and men’s high triple score of 348.
Tami Garland rolled the women’s high single of 104 while Colleen Barrows’ 306 was the women’s high triple score.
Caitlin Millett and Dennis Millett finished with the high single (112) and triple (306) scores in the Sunday Scotch Doubles.
In the Monday Night League, Erich Price had both the men’s high single (141) and triple (333) scores while Cherie Semanie had the women’s high single (113) and triple (288) scores.
Eric Wasileski’s 139 was the high single score in the Tuesday Men’s League while his 363 was the high triple score.
Chris Rice and Angela Clark dominated the Wednesday Night League, Rice rolling the men’s high single (134) and triple (320) scores and Clark finishing with the women’s high single (112) and triple (305) scores.
