Dylan C. Grigsby, 49, of Camp Road, Gill. Charge of improper storage of a firearm, by Gill Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Fined $1,000. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The counsel contribution is $200.
Benjamin A. Lavalley, 49, Coombs Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family/household member, by Greenfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilt. Defendant was placed on probation until June 18, 2021, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete a certified batterer’s intervention program, and must stay away from and have no contact with the victim. The probation supervision fee is $65, and must continue monthly, as needed.
Stacie A. Cobb, 31, of Main Street, Northfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Northfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Defendant was placed on probation until Sept. 9, 2020, with 10 days in the house of correction, suspended. Found not responsible on a charge of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations.
Justin T. Kasunick, 44, of Upper Street, Buckland. Charge of assault and battery on a family/household member, by Buckland Police. Found not guilty in a jury trial.
Zachary R. Hutchinson, 26, of Armory Street, Greenfield. Charge of a motor vehicle lights violation. Fined $35. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
David E. Lavalley, 43, of Turners Falls Road, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 4, 2020.
