Christ was born December, two thousand years ago. It was the birth of hope. Before Christ, the gates of heaven were closed because of the sin of Adam and Eve. Jesus Christ came to die on the cross to atone for all our sins. Then the gates of heaven will be open. He drew 12 men together to teach us peaceful means to get along with each other. Jesus Christ taught us to pray.
This Christmas visit the church of your choice. Say hello to God. He will be glad you remembered Him.
Lately, some of us have been thinking only of ourselves. Somehow, it’s not such a great idea. This country with all its different nationalities, beliefs, worked together to make America great. Even our coins read “In God we trust.” “And He left the ninety-nine to look for one lost sheep.”
The church will welcome you if it’s one week, one month, one year, one decade, or more. Do you hear Him calling?
