When God passed out courage, City Councilor Brickett Allis got a lot of it, and his makeup is wholly devoid of trite sloganeering and hollow rhetoric. His forthright and insightful approach to matters of public policy and municipal governance will be missed ever so much. I’ll leave it at that.
