Thank you to Foster’s Market, Stop and Shop Super Market, Greenfield Farmers Coop and Food City for allowing our local Disabled American Veterans Chapter 33 of Greenfield to have our “Forget Me Not” donation drive at their stores.
I especially want to thank all those that helped gather all the Forget Me Nots — papers, catalogs, posters, information pamphlets and anything else that blew from the table at Foster’s in the high winds into the parking lot on Friday.
I also want to thank all those who donated so generously to our cause, which is to help our local veterans who are in need, due to physical, mental, emotional and other disabilities. If you, the veteran, are in any of those conditions, please contact your local DAV for the help you deserve.
You are not forgotten.
