I sincerely hope that the Recorder soon eliminates using any caricatures of featured column authors. “Speaking of Nature”, “Bobby’s World”, “Sounds Local” and “Between the Rows” are examples of columns I am referring to. The caricatures are unappealing and I’d much rather see the great photographs that you had in the past. Photographs do a much better job of connecting the paper to the community by showing the people who write the columns and who I might actually recognize if I ran into them on the street. So I hope that photographs of Bill Danielson, Bobby C. Campbell, Sheryl Hunter and Pat Leuchtman will soon join ones of Chip Ainsworth, Joe Judd, Anita Fritz and others.
