Recover from Chronic Pain with Brain-Based Yoga Therapy: Information session with Pru Smith, Tuesday, Sept. 3, from noon to 1 p.m. Class begins Sept. 9. Do you suffer from: fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression or post-traumatic stress disorder? The class will teach ways to access and overcome unconscious brain patterns associated with chronic pain. Intake needed prior to the first class. You must be willing to commit to the eight-week program, including home yoga practice and exercises. Youth Soccer: Kicking, passing and dribbling is taught to younger and newer players, while coaching advanced players to bring their skills to the next level. This is where a strong foundation will be built and where players have fun, gain self-confidence and strengthen skills and teamwork. Classes meet Tuesdays and Thursday at the Greenfield Community College soccer fields. Register at the Welcome Center.

Tumbling Tigers Gymnastics Team will hold team evaluations on Sunday, Sept. 8, from 10 a.m. to noon. Gymnasts will have a chance to try out for the Y’s competitive gymnastics team. Workforce Care Program at the Y: Sensible health care management for the working population. The YMCA offers many different classes and programs to help those healing or dealing with chronic pain and/or disease.
