SHELBURNE FALLS — The community will gather to break bread on tables lining the Iron Bridge as part of a Sunday fundraiser.
Seating for the 19th annual Iron Bridge Dinner begins at 5 p.m, with dinner served at 5:30 p.m.
According to a press release about the event, the dinner will raise money for the Greater Shelburne Falls Area Business Association and the Mohawk Athletic Association. Athletes will serve the meal to guests.
A collection of local farms and restaurants will cater the meal, among them Gypsy Apple, The Blue Rock Restaurant and Bar, El Sotano, Delicatesse, Hearty Eats, Hager’s Farm Market, Pine Hill Orchard and Baked. Beverages will be provided by West County Cider, Berkshire Brewing Company and more.

SHELBURNE — The Massachusetts Department of Transportation will start milling Route 2 in Shelburne on Tuesday as the first phase of efforts to reconstruct the road.
According to the Buckland town website, construction is weather dependent and will last approximately two months. Drivers should expect delays.
