Tiffany K. Cacciolfi, 20, of 3rd Street, Templeton. Charged with three counts of Class B drug possession. During pretrial hearing, a default warrant was issued.

Kathryn L. Richard, 33, of Western Avenue, Athol. Charged with OUI-liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Count 2 had sufficient facts found but was continued without a finding until Aug. 3, 2020, with special conditions to complete a Brains At Risk class along with $300 in fees. Found not responsible on Count 3.

Sarah T. Forsythe, 38, of Eagleville Road, Orange. Charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage. The defendant pled guilty on Count 1 and Count 2. Sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until Aug. 3, 2020, with special conditions of no alcohol consumption with screenings, complete a substance abuse evaluation and treatment as recommended, no driving until Oct. 1 and pay $250 in fees.

Both counts had sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Aug. 3, 2020. Special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program and aftercare, no alcohol with screenings, 45-day loss of license and no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles restores her driver’s license.

Russell S. Johnson Jr., 74, of Neilson Road, New Salem. Charged with assault and battery. Sufficient facts were found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 3, 2020.

Mitchell Duarte, 28, of West Street, Leominster. Charged with uninsured motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. During the pretrial hearing, Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth and the defendant was found not responsible for Count 2.

During the pretrial hearing, the defendant pled guilty on Count 1 and was placed on probation until Sept. 3, 2020. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Sufficient facts found on Count 3 and Count 4, but continued without a finding until Sept. 3, 2020.

David Laroche, 67, of Brooks Road, Templeton. Charged with OUI-liquor and a marked lanes violation. The defendant pled guilty to Count 1 and was placed on probation until Sept. 3, 2020. Special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol education program and aftercare, 45-day loss of license and no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles restores his driving license. Found responsible on Count 2.

Stephen B. Broide, 61, of Florence Road, Florence. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession. Count 1 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth and the defendant was found not responsible for Count 2.

Judge Laurie MacLeod Orange, Aug. 5

Raul Cruz, 37, of Western Avenue, Greenfield. Charged with OUI while license suspended for OUI, two counts of carrying a dangerous weapon and OUI-drugs, third offense. Arraigned and held. Released on $200 bail. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 9.

Ryan W. Erickson, 27, of Greenwood Street, Gardner. Charged with trespassing, resisting arrest and criminal harassment. During the pretrial hearing, the defendant pled guilty on all counts and was placed on probation until Aug. 4, 2020. Special conditions of one year in the house of correction, license suspended for one year until Aug. 4, 2020, substance abuse evaluations, complete anger management, no drugs or alcohol and complete screenings.

Tiffany K. Cacciolfi, 20, of 3rd Street, Templeton. Charged with three counts of Class B drug possession. Default removal hearing was held and the defendant voluntarily was under arrest and the warrant was recalled. Pretrial hearing was continued until Sept. 20.
